What we collect
This site collects only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your organisation if you give it, the type of enquiry and your message. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.
How we use it
We use your details only to read and answer your enquiry. The form sends them as one email to the Logistechs inbox. They are not stored in a database, and we do not sell them or pass them on.
Where it goes
The form is handled by a small service on Amazon Web Services, which sends the email. That service records that a message was sent, but not what it said or your email address.
How long we keep it
We keep your email for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and then delete it.
On your device
The display preferences you choose, such as text size, and your answer to the cookie notice are saved in your browser on your own device. They are never sent to us.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, through the contact form.
